The Husmann Fine Shredder HFZ is applicable for pre-crushed materials. The material is fed into the hopper by a short infeed belt and conveyed to the rotor.
The infeed belt operates load-dependent as overload protection. The high-speed rotor with pendulum mounted hammers works over a breaker bar. The comminuted material can be discharged by conveyor belts or into a bunker. The machine can be equipped with a variety of finest screens, thereby reaching output qualities of 5 up to 10 mm. The special shedding technology, hammer and screen design guarantee feinest comminution results.
