Machine description
SHREDDER HFG IV
These powerful Husmann machines with the basic designation “HFG (Husmann Forestry Equipment)” achieve an even, fine and clean comminution due to the special shredding technology and the hammer positioning.
The material to be processed is conveyed via the amply dimensioned hopper including a forged steel chain conveyor to the infeed roller and further to the hammer equipped rotor. The pendulum mounted infeed roller is guided by racks and hydraulically powered by a large reduction gear. The infeed roller adapts itself to the supplied material. It can additionally be controlled and lifted by remote control. The roller or also passage opening of 460 mm guarantees smooth and quick infeed.
The stable rotor (1.000 kg) made of high-quality steel is highly break-resistant due to additional reinforcements and the mature design even in case of heavy foreign material. The eight hardened hammer shafts are equipped with 60 freely swinging hammers mounted in offset alignment. The quick-change system includes the bolting of the carbide tipped hammers to the hammer carriers. With the many 50 mm wide hammers and the rotor´s rotational direction over the breaker bar towards the infeed belt, the shredding material is optimally crushed and then compostable. The load-dependent and infinitely variable speed of the scraper floor and the infeed roller can again influence and improve the quality of the end product. The rotor tray and the discharge area allow the attachment of a stack of 2,5 metres.
The powerful 205 kW engine is well accessible through large doors, making it operator- and maintenance-compatible. Well structured operating elements and safety devices like overload protection of the rotor and auto reverse are quality features of our machine.
The mobile comminution machine is equipped with a 80-km/hr chassis and compressed air brakes and optionally static or with a hook-lift system.
The HFG IV is a composting machine for organic and inorganic waste for mecanical and manual feeding.
Material processing up to approx. 200 mm
